The rumor is that the one of bosses up there in Seattle has said "I was ordered to fire her". The score at the moment is Deely 0, Unions 6 (and counting).

While this is not an "offical" source, the details sure sound like something Amtrak would do.
I effing love it. Take note! Oh, and this isn't run-of-the-mill Deely bashing, this development impacts all of us working stiffs on the railroad.

Didn't Joe get in trouble for the whole Jerry Mann thing a few years back. Wasn't it agreed upon with the PUC that if a similar violation occurred in the future that he would be disqualified from holding a safety sensitive position on the railroad?

Can AmCrap do any more to get the employees to hate them? Amazing! Well here's a little inside news on this topic. AmCrap Mechanical Dept. ordered or pushed that she'd be fired, along with Papa JERK DEELY!
The bottom award/fine that OSHA demanded paid to her is 20K. OSHA can set the fine from 20K to 200K! I'd say SlamTrak is getting off easy. But AmCrap hasn't paid this to her yet. They have appealed it to a Federal Law Judge and you know they will loose the case and end up spending Thousands more! What a bunch of jerks! On another topic.
